Jack
Lucas has served as Senior Pastor of PHBC since
October of 2004. Prior to this
he served the church as Associate Pastor, Minister of Youth and Outreach, and
has been serving Southern Baptist churches since 1995. Pastor Jack graduated
with his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at
Carbondale in 1992 and went on to receive a Masters of Arts in Christian
Education from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2001. He has been
married to Misty (Davis) Lucas since 1993. Misty is currently employed as
a psychotherapist. They have three children: Jase, Brooks, & Austyn Kate.

Jason Webb has served at Pleasant Hill as Associate Pastor: Youth and Family since June 2005. Jason is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelors degree in Church Ministry with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. From 2002 to 2004 Jason served as a Journeyman Missionary in Uganda East Africa where he worked in Youth Ministry and Church Planting. He and his wife Aimee were married in May of 2007.
