We believe the Holy Scriptures are the inspired Word of God -- inerrant in the original manuscripts and infallible in their teachings. It is in them that we learn of our sin nature and of our Savior, Jesus -- The Christ, the only Son of God the Father -- who was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
We believe He lived a sinless life, was crucified for the sins of all people, died, was buried, and on the third day arose from the grave. He ascended to Heaven where He is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. Until He comes, the Church remembers His life and sacrificial death by observing two ordinances -- Baptism and the Lord's Supper.
The Church accepts The Baptist Faith and Message with its revisions as a general statement of our faith.
